Writing
Dr. Sibley has focused her research and writing on working with parents. Allison explored what models and theories exist that support therapists in helping parents help their children while they receive treatment. Allison studied what makes child/teen therapy work best---And, she’s revealed both in practice and research that the best formula for helping families is involving parents and working with parents on their own growth. Dr. Sibley writes and publishes blogs regularly for the hundreds of parents/families in her practice. She has contributed to local publications such as ADDitude Magazine.
