Dr. Allison Sibley is an expert in the field of therapy with children, teens, and families and a leader in working with parents nationally. For more than 25 years, she's researched and applied the best practices to support parents as they strive to raise their children healthfully and successfully.
She's built and led a team of top therapists who specialize in treating families and youth. She's refined a model for parents that is authentic, practical, and growth-minded. As a parent of three children for 15-plus years, Allison doesn't offer advice that she hasn't tested herself. Why? She knows that Parent Growth Works! AND, she believes that Parents Matter Most when it comes to helping families. Parent work is the most efficient, effective, and evidence-based child treatment approach that exists.
Allison aims to revolutionize parent support that extends beyond quick-fix parenting strategies found in modern parenting literature. Allison's research and practice have shown her that parents need help creating a Parenting Pathway that is self-generated, ever-evolving, paired with support, and parallels their child's unique journey through typical or atypical development. She guides parents to access their own Parenting Portal and supports parents to use their parenting experiences as opportunities for deep growth.
